Location. This year's event will be held at the Asilomar Conference Grounds located in Pacific Grove, CA (near Monterey, CA).

Travel. From the San Francisco International aiport (SFO), it is about 120 miles by car (Wes suggests you take the following route from SFO: 380 to 280 south to 85 south/east to 101 south to 156 west to 1 south). Alternatively, there is (limited) commercial air service into the Monterey regional airport (KMRY), which is about 10 miles from Asilomar. Monterey Airbus appears to provide shuttle service between SFO (and KMRY) and the Asilomar facility; the roundtrip fare to/from SFO appears to be $60.

Book your room at Asilomar. Please use this link https://book.passkey.com/e/49883333 to book and pay for your room at the facility. Hotel reservation deadline: March 24, 2019.

Registration/room booking deadline: Sunday 24 March 2019. The deadline to book the hotel has now been moved to Sunday, March 24th. Unfortunately, this is the farthest we can move it out due to our contractual obligations with Asilomar. Please book by Sunday, March 24th or you will most likely not be able to room at the event location; After the deadline, the room block will be released to the general public. The cancellation policy allows cancellations up to March 21th, less a $100 nonrefundable booking fee.

Meals at the meeting. We will be having all meals at the Asilomar facility. They have a convenient cafeteria-style food service there, with windows of time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
